DMCA Policy
Tuesday Football Tips ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy describes how we address allegations of copyright infringement and how copyright owners can submit notices of alleged infringement to us. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and are properly sent to our designated agent.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Tuesday Football Tips infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a written DMCA notice to us. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Tuesday Football Tips website (e.g., URL of the specific content).

DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content, which was removed or disabled, is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the content.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Tuesday Football Tips may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received by Tuesday Football Tips, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing that person that Tuesday Football Tips may replace the removed content or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, at our sole discretion.
